Desert Compost is a fiscally-sponsored project of the 501(c)3 non-profit California Alliance for Community Composting, EIN#: 87-2187590, and all donations are tax-deductible. All funds received by CACC on behalf of DC will go toward a charitable mission ("programming").
Desert Compost’s programming is committed to three foundational principles - Integrity, Communication and Earth. DC builds projects that heal the environment and help the neediest in our communities. Desert Compost is funded through a combination of grants and individual donations and is continually seeking opportunities to educate the public and actively pursue climate resilience.
