Background and History

Esperanza’s Second Chance Sanctuary is a 501c3 non-profit sanctuary created to provide a second chance home for dogs and farm animals in the Coachella Valley that can benefit persons with physical and psychological disabilities and children going through traumatic experiences by providing different forms of therapy, education, and training. Desert Compost and Esperanza’s have joined forces for a Community Composting and Food Access Garden project.
